I just went to the LEGO Universe website, and was able to sign up there. I had heard about LU Beta testing from MyLEGONetwork. Remember MLN? Razz

MLN was fun, I did it mostly for the LU networkers or whatever. Razz

A little off topic here, but I actually never was picked for Beta. My brothers were, and I ~~stole~~ used their account Razz

I was in Beta from my own account. Le717 had his own account too so we didn't share one. We both got into Beta very early, I think on the first run of beta signups! Very Happy

(BTW, the reason we're not back on topic is because all we would say is "Yup... A few more days until the press thingy..." Razz

Probably there will be faster beta for the Chima MMO, than the Minifigure MMO anyway. I hope to be selected in both of them. Smile

Funcom is re-structuring their entire company. It also mentioned something about the minifigs MMO...

Hey Cravin! There's not much to say, but here it goes:

The Minifigs MMOG will have a press release soon (not sure when), but it will tell about the new game. The game is more of a small-scale, but that's all we know. Once the press release comes out, we'll know some more.

Past news? Well, it's free-to-play, and it's based off the LEGO minifigures line... There's not really that much news. ;P

Umm not for sure if it's really going to be that small scale guys. It did specify "high quality",and being free-to-play it will obviously not be as big as the secret world and such. We know that it is easily expandable,will have unique worlds and great graphics.

Also seeing how much better this company is from netdevil I expect to see this game executed better.

True, NetDevil never made an MMO... Razz

Plus, Funcom might consider LU small-scale in comparison to other games, since (at launch), LU only had 6 worlds to go to and a few properties! So, yea, this game's going to be good. Very Happy

The only 2 confirmed worlds as of now are a greek mythology world and outer space place. They did confirm that there will be more worlds though,and very diverse ones.
