Space Station 5000
Lately I've been working with some friends on a system of worlds for LU. I recently finished building this Space Station, which serves as the gateway to the worlds in this system.

What do you think? What should I change?

Re: Space Station 5000
You, my friend, have some LUP-savy skills there - you should really be a part of that, with a world as epic-looking as this!
The only thing I'd change is the dome. It's a good dome, but there's a few things that might make it better.
Again, EPIC job.

Re: Space Station 5000
Thanks! But what exactly needs to be changed on the dome? Is it the look or what's inside of it?
PS: Read the spoiler if you want to know what i'm currently working on!

The dome on the outside. It's good, but it could be better. Some sort of tower walls underneath the current dome would be cool...

Re: Space Station 5000
Great MOC, Legowiz! It looks really good: just as good as I'd expect in the real thing! There's a lot of detail and interest in it. The only thing at al negative I have to say about it is that the long pathways seem a bit lacking in detail for me.
In my opinion, It's make a great hub!

Re: Space Station 5000
I remember looking at it on both of your website, it is really a great work. I wanted to help, but I knew I couldn't do much my building talents with LDD are not so good.
I understand what LegoFan101 mean, maybe you should add some peices between each part of the dome or any kind of details.
Again, is it a awesome world, and you are a awesome builder!

Oh ok, so its almost like LUP, except LU didn't really ask you to build stuff for them.

Re: Space Station 5000
You know, legowiz, if I were you, I'd start building some epic stuff like this in LU.
A moderator on the LMB's said that candidates for the World Builder League can actually be chosen if their property meets the WBL standards. Sounds like you'd be great at that...

Really? You should do that legowiz. I bet lego would pick you. The base you made looks like something I could see in LU any day!

Re: Space Station 5000
Base...?
Am I forgetting something here? I don't remember making a base...
But I'm actually working towards that.
I'm thinking of asking our local homeschool group if anyone would be interested in forming a LEGO team...

I'd like to join!

One little thing: is a few thousand miles too far to be considered "local"?

Not exactly...
I plan to start a website though. Maybe I could make a branch for International members?

I could make a map for your world, I don't guarantee a perfect map but I would do my best. I have a few talents in graphics making.

LDD crashed the first time I open the file, now I put it to lower quality. Do you want a map like in LU?
