Chat box has disappeared

Is the chat box still around? I used to use it a lot, but I can't seem to remember how to use it

It's back, I just finished restoring it. Turns out, the third-party chat (which is nicer than FM's chat) was majorly updated and the old versions (one of which we were using) were deleted, so I've spent the day restoring it, mainly in rewriting the external plugins I installed that either haven't been updated or don't work as it should (sadly, the new version is kinda buggy, and with the old versions unavailable we can't downgrade or hold off until the bugs are fixed).
