I went to target and got Marsha Queen of the Mermaids Minifigure. Her hair is the only light blue female hair I have ever seen in the history of all LEGO. If you find any other minifigure with light blue hair, let me know! I was also trying to get Cloud Cuckoo Palace (For Unikitty!), but they did not have it at Target or at Toys R Us... It was the ONLY set that was out of stock at Toys R Us and Target only had 2 LEGO Movie Sets. I might just have to order it on LEGO.com.

My favorite minifig in the series is President Business (who I have) and maybe Abe Lincoln (who I do not have). I don't really like the robot people, they are kind of strange and most of them were barely shown in the movie.

About the light blue hair, Hikaru from Exo-Force and Marsha the Queen of the Mermaids does seem like the only ones, unless there is a Star Wars one or another licensed theme with it.

I'm not really sure it's even Series 12... On minifigures.LEGO.com, it says "Series 11" and the next one says "LEGO Movie". Unfortunately, the next one might be the Simpsons... Sad

Indeed he is. It's just a pair of white pants, though. Nothing very interesting... Unless you want the Hawaiian shirt! Then you could make a minifig visit the grand canyon and look like a tourist. xD
