The mods rejected this on the LMB's (in the Feedback & Suggestions forum), so... I'm bringing it here. Razz

It might not be a bad idea to allow Membership to be transferred from one account to another.

Here's how it would work.

This is Bob. Bob buys a Membership. Bob isn't very good with the Internet and accidentally adds it to the wrong account. Bob is very upset. Bob contacts support and they give him a link that allows the membership to be transferred. THE MEMBERSHIP IS NOT PAUSED OR EXTENDED, it is only transferred from one account to the other, and Bob has to authorize the transaction.

This way, if parents (or kids) ever get mixed up with their memberships, all they have to do is swap the membership from one account to the other.

And one last thing - loosing membership due to vacation, unexpected trips, or groundlings can be a real bummer. How about a freeze option? The freeze option would give you the ability to put your membership on hold until you return, for a maximum of ten days. This would make the system much better, in my honest opinion, and would save our money from being wasted to an extent.

These are just thoughts, though. Smile

Great idea! I think it would be a good option. Although, large companies like to steal peoples' money by not letting the people to freeze accounts even if they aren't playing!
